5. Cancellations & Modifications

  • Order cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • After this period, the order may already be in processing/shipping and cannot be cancelled.

  • To request modifications, please contact support promptly. We cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to ship orders as quickly as possible, but delivery times may vary.

  • If a non-delivery or delay occurs due to customer error (e.g. incorrect address, recipient unavailable), any extra shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

  • FoxFitt shall not be liable for delays caused by natural disasters, logistics interruptions, or events beyond our control.

7. Returns & Complaints

  • We accept return or exchange requests as per our Return Policy.

  • Complaints must be raised within 10 days of delivery. We may not entertain issues reported after this period.
