Returns & Exchanges – We've Got You Covered

We want you to love what you wear. If something doesn’t feel right, we offer an easy return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.


🔄 What’s Eligible?

You can return or exchange your item if:

  • It’s unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact

  • You initiate the request within 7 days of receiving the order


🚫 What’s Not Eligible?

  • Items marked as Final Sale, BOGO, or Clearance

  • Products priced under ₹599

  • Orders with damaged/missing items without an unboxing video


📹 Unboxing Video – When Required

If you received a damaged (defective), missing, or incorrect item, please:

  • Share a clear, continuous unboxing video

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery

This helps us resolve the issue quickly and fairly. Refund will be dependent upon verification of authenticity of the shared media file. We may ask for further supporting proof.


📦 Return & Pickup Process

  • We offer one free reverse pickup per order

  • Reverse pickups are subject to courier availability in your area

  • If reverse pickup isn’t available, we may request you to ship the item to us. We’ll reimburse reasonable courier charges.


💰 Refund Policy

Refund Timeline: 7–12 business days after item passes quality check.


🔁 Exchange Policy

  • First exchange: Free

  • Second exchange (same order): ₹100 handling fee

  • Exchanges only allowed for items of same or higher value

  • Exchange also processed within 7–12 business days


🌍 International Orders

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders.
If you receive a defective item abroad, please contact us within 7 days at support@foxfitt.com with photos and details.
