🚚 Domestic Shipping (India)

Metro Cities: Delivery in 3–5 business days
Rest of India: Delivery in 5–7 business days
Orders are usually dispatched within 24–48 hours (Monday–Saturday, excluding holidays)
Address changes can be made before dispatch only

We ship globally via trusted partners like UPS, FedEx, DHL & Aramex
Delivery expected in 7–10 business days
Shipping charges vary by destination and are calculated at checkout
Customers are responsible for customs duties and import taxes (if applicable)

A tracking link is shared via email/SMS once the order is shipped
All domestic and international shipments are insured
In case of loss in transit, we’ll wait 15 days, then process a replacement or refund

If your parcel arrives damaged, please:
- Reject it if possible
- Or immediately share a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video
Report such issues to us within 5 days of delivery
Based on the video, we may issue a replacement or refund upon receiving the damaged product.

Ensure all shipping details are accurate during checkout
We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
Any reshipping costs due to address errors will be borne by the customer

If an order is refused upon delivery, a refund minus the shipping charges will be processed after we receive the parcel back
